A man has been charged with stealing a bag of personal belongings from visiting rugby players at Hove Recreation Ground on Sunday (11 January).
Alan Philip, 62, unemployed, of no fixed address, has been charged with the theft of the bag. He has also been charged with burglary with intent to steal at Monmouth School sports pavilion in Gwent on Thursday 19 June last year.
He is due to appear in custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 14 January), Sussex Police said.
