Three more people are due to appear before Brighton magistrates after being arrested during the annual Christmas and new year crackdown on drink and drug driving.
Sussex Police said that Steve Medlock, 49, was breathalysed in Olive Road, Hove, at 7.45pm on Tuesday 30 December after he was seen parking his car.
Medlock, of Kingsthorpe Road, Hove, was arrested and charged with drink driving and driving without a licence.
He was released on bail to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 12 February.
Davide Di-Lauro, 28, was arrested at 3.35am on Wednesday 1 January after he drove down a road marked “No entry”.
Di-Lauro, of Gordon Road, Fishersgate, was charged with drink driving, failing to stop for an officer and driving without a licence.
He was released on bail to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 12 February.
Candice Henriques, 30, was arrested at 9.40am on Wednesday 1 January after officers were called to a report that she was driving while unfit.
Henriques, of The Bricky, Peacehaven, was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
She was also released on bail to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 12 February.
They are among a total of 115 motorists to have been charged with offences, having been arrested over the past month since the annual crackdown began.
