Tributes have been paid to a missing Brighton man who stepped in front of a train in Kent yesterday morning (Sunday 28 December).
Joe Jensen, 28, of New England Road, Brighton, had been missing since Christmas Eve.
Friends set up a Facebook page to try to find Mr Jensen, who worked at the George Payne pub in Hove.
After Mr Jensen died they posted: “The saddest news has arrived. Today Joe Jensen lost his battle with schizophrenia.
“Shortly before 10am on December 28th he stepped in front of a train at Hildenborough in Kent.
“With sad heart and the fondest memories we thank you for all your support.
“RIP Joe you were a generous loving spirit and we will miss you.”
