A 20-year-old Brighton man suffered an injured face when he was attacked and robbed.
The victim was punched in the face in the early hours of Friday (7 November) as he walked through Pavilion Gardens in Brighton.
His phone was stolen in the attack which happened at about 2am.
Sussex Police said that he was attacked by three men.
One of the suspects was described as a black man, 24 to 25 years old, about 5ft 8in tall, with short, shaved dark hair and a small moustache. A second man was described as white and wearing a hooded top.
