A woman was sexually assaulted on Brighton seafront in the early hours of Friday (31 October).
Sussex Police said today (Tuesday 4 November): “Detectives are investigating a sexual assault on a 21-year-old woman which occurred in Brighton during the early hours of Friday.
“The assault by touching was reported at about 4.20am.
“The victim was accosted on the walkway between Madeira Drive and Marine Drive near the Harvester pub, which was closed at the time.
“Officers are now appealing for anyone who saw what happened or who may have other relevant information to come forward.”
