A 38-year-old Brighton man has been sent for jury trial charged with having six different types of drugs and with diverting electricity.
Barry Kenneth Mansbridge, of Bonchurch Road, Brighton, is accused of dishonestly causing electricity to the value of £4464.12 to be wasted or diverted.
He was charged with having class A drugs cocaine, diamorphine and psilocin. The latter is a psychedelic substance found in magic mushrooms.
He was also charged with having class B drugs cannabis and ketamine and the class C drug diazepam.
The drugs offences were alleged to have taken place in Horton Road, Hollingdean, on Tuesday 12 November last year.
Mansbridge was given bail on condition that he live and sleep each night at his address in Bonchurch Road.
He is due to answer bail at Lewes Crown Court on Thursday 13 November.
