A man was followed and robbed in Hove in the early hours of this morning.
The victim realised he was being followed by two men just before 1am this morning as he walked in Blatchington Road.
The man turned into Belfast Street with the two men continuing to follow him. When he went into Brooker Street the two men threatened him and stole his bag.
Detective Sergeant Simon Dunn said: “The two men followed the victim for a noticeable distance and then robbed on him later.
“We need to speak to anyone who saw the robbery or the men following the victim. If you recognise the description of the robbers please contact us.”
Both robbers were black and in their late teens or early twenties. One was wearing a white t-shirt with jeans and had a large gold chain with a cross round his neck.
The second attacker was much taller, about 5ft 11in and was wearing a dark hooded top and a face covering.
