Hotels, offices, tourist attractions, iconic architecture, and a village hall – all these are possiblities for a new West Pier to help it represent the “essence of Brighton”
The potential for a new pier is discussed at length by the West Pier Trust in a new options report for its members.
But it warns that for any new pier to succeed, the existing sea island would have to be cleared.
