An action group which represents people living in Brighton and Hove’s high rise tower blocks is looking for residents to act as a voice for their neighbours.
The High Rise Action Group (HRAG) failed to find enough people to fill key positions on its committee at its annual general meeting on Thursday night (4 September).
Another AGM is now being held in six weeks and, in the meantime, the council is calling on residents to come forward to keep the group going.
In the past year the group has worked with the council on the lift replacement programme, new security measures being brought in across the city, anti-social behaviour, rewiring works and TV aerials.
If you are a high rise resident and would like to get involved, email RIT@brighton-hove.gov.uk or call 01273 292112 and ask for the resident involvement team.
