Man charged with manslaughter of Brighton woman

A man has been charged with the manslaughter of a homeless woman whose body was found in public toilets in Brighton on Friday 22 November last year.

Timothy Smythe, 52, of Brighton, who is in custody will appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 15 May.

Faye Isaac, 39, was found dead by a cleaner in the Colonnade toilets in Madeira Drive, Brighton, just before 10.50am.

    This killer of such a genuinely nice lady is due for sentencing on the 14/15th June at hove court! You have taken a mothers life away from her loving son and ripped my world apart all for a mobile phone and her id/personal belongings, how sick, the other 3 involved best be sentenced too!!!

    Well after I gave a 2.5hr statement all about Fay and her missing items and that she was not a drug user this evil timothy Smythe pleaded guilty to manslaughter and robbery and was given 12 years for her killing and 2 years for robbing her belongings! I hope he seizes to exist in prison rip Fay Isaac x
