Hospital bosses are to update people living in neighbouring streets on the progress of their plans for a major refurbishment at a meeting in Brighton next Monday (18 November).
The meeting is a chance for neighbours of the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Kemp Town to find out about the £420 million refurbishment, also is known as the 3Ts project.
The update will be given at a meeting of the Hospital Liaison Group being held from 7pm in the Audrey Emerton Building in Eastern Road, Brighton.
The main topics on the agenda are an update on the project, the refurbishment of St Mary’s Hall and progress on the third cardiac theatre.
Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the Royal Sussex, hosts the liaison group meetings.
They are chaired by Councillor Warren Morgan, who represents East Brighton ward on Brighton and Hove City Council. He is also the opposition Labour group leader on the council.
