Commuters from Brighton and Hove are invited to meet members of the Thameslink management in London tomorrow morning (Wednesday 10 July).
The executives will meet passengers by the ticket gates at St Pancras International station from 7.30am to 9.30am.
First Capital Connect, the train company that runs Thameslink trains, described the meeting as a “super session” of its meet the manager series.
It said that its leadership team would be ready to answer questions and listen to feedback with a view to improving its service.
The company added: “A member of the @FirstCC Twitter team will also be present along with FCC’s crime prevention manager Tony Holland and the British Transport Police, helping passengers follow some simple rules to help improve their security.”
