A 35-year-old man from Hove has been jailed for two burglaries.
Anthony Harrison, 35, of Victoria Terrace, was sentenced to two and a half years at Lewes Crown Court.
He broke into a house in Marine Avenue, Hove, on Saturday 16 March and another property in Seafield Road, Hove, last year on Wednesday 28 November.
In the early hours of Saturday 16 March a member of the public called Sussex Police to report a man who was believed to be acting suspiciously at a cash machine.
When officers arrived at the Texaco petrol station in Kingsway, Hove, at about 3.30am they searched Harrison.
They said that they found several bank cards on him that were not in his name and arrested him.
