Brighton University is looking for volunteers who are suffering from lower back-related leg pain.
The aim is to recruit them to take part in a study during which they will receive physiotherapy treatment.
A spokesman for the university said: “Researchers are looking at how physiotherapy intervention helps patients, with a view to improving the management of pain and treatment.”
Volunteers will receive an assessment and then a physiotherapy treatment at the university’s School of Health Professions in Darley Road in Eastbourne.
The project is being led by Colette Ridehalgh, senior physiotherapy lecturer.
