Cub scouts from Brighton will be among more than a hundred youngsters spending the day at a Sussex church trying to earn their faith badge.
They will join fellow cubs from Peacehaven, Hastings and Bexhill at St Mary’s Church in Barcombe, near Lewes.
The day is being overseen by Martin Piggott, the ACC (Assistant County Commissioner) Cub Scouts for East Sussex.
The Rev James Hollingsworth, vicar of St Mary’s, said: “Scouts love their badges and I often help them with their faith badge.”
To earn a faith badge they need to
- Find out about the people involved in the place of worship
