Six footballers have been released on bail after being questioned about a sex attack in Brighton.
All six were Brighton and Hove Albion players when a woman reported the attack to Sussex Police last July.
Steve Cook, 20, has since been sold to Bournemouth.
Two of the other five are also aged 20 years old. The other three are 18, 19 and 24.
Four of the Albion players were arrested at about 4.20am today (Thursday 19 January) when the coach bringing the team back from the match against Wrexham last night reached Falmer.
The fifth Albion player was arrested in Brighton at about 7.20am. Cook was arrested in Dorset at 10.30am.
They were all taken to different police stations for questioning by detectives from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team.
They have been given police bail until Wednesday 21 March while detectives continue their investigation.
