A woman was sexually assaulted in the centre of Brighton in the early hours of yesterday morning (Thursday 1 September).
The suspect, Michael Phillips, 34, of Grand Parade, Brighton, was arrested by Sussex Police.
He is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court this morning (Friday 2 September).
Phillips has been charged with assaulting a female by penetration after an incident in Church Street, Brighton.
He is also charged with two counts of exposure, contrary to section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The flashing incidents are alleged to have happened in Brighton on Tuesday 9 August and Friday 12 August.
