A man has been remanded in custody by a judge after appearing in court charged with the rape of a 17-year-old girl in a park in Hove.
Michal Tejkowski, 27, from Maidstone, Kent, appeared at Lewes Crown Court yesterday (Friday 19 August) charged with raping the A-level student just after midnight on Tuesday 15 February.
He is accused of raping her in Dyke Road Park in Dyke Road, Hove, opposite the Booth Museum, in Dyke Road, Brighton as she walked home from a night out with friends in Brighton.
He also faces a charge of attempted rape in relation to the same incident.
Tejkowski faces two charges of raping a 25-year-old woman in a car park in Brighton on Thursday 10 March.
He is also accused of sexually assaulting a 67-year-old woman in Moat Park, Maidstone, on Friday 6 May.
He was remanded in custody to be tried at Lewes Crown Court in November.
