A dog owner found the body of a woman in woodland off Lewes Road, Brighton, early yesterday (Tuesday 5 July).
The body is believed to be missing Moulsecoomb mother Phillippa Bradley, 49, known as Pippa.
Sussex Police said that the body – found by the dog walker at 6.15am yesterday – had not yet been formally identified but officers have contacted Ms Bradley’s family.
She went missing on Wednesday 15 June and her disappearance was reported on Friday 17 June.
Sussex Police said that the incident was not being treated as suspicious and the coroner had been informed.
An inquest is expected to be held.
