Detectives have a released an e-fit of a man suspected of committing a street robbery in Brighton.
The 21-year-old victim from Hove was headbutted by a man at the junction of Prince Albert Street and Meeting House Lane at about 12.50am on Monday 20 May.
Three other men looked on as the victim was robbed before all four suspects headed off together towards Ship Street and the seafront.
Detective Constable Edward Smith said: “The robbery has affected the victim’s confidence and he has been nervous to leave the house.
“I believe the suspects entered Meeting House Lane from North Street and I am appealing to anyone who may have seen them or thinks they recognise the e-fit to contact police immediately.”
The first suspect is described as white, aged in his early twenties, 5ft 10in tall, of stocky build and black short spiked hair.
He was wearing a grey hooded top with red detail and Nike trainers.
A Lyle & Scott bag containing personal possessions and a grey baseball cap were stolen during the robbery.
Police have been conducting inquiries and viewing CCTV in the area.
