A Brighton man is to stand trial for contempt of court after threatening a barrister during a case.
Henry Mears, 60, of Coombe Road, Brighton, is alleged to have made the threat at Bristol Crown Court.
Mears was on trial there over the Lapland theme park fiasco with his brother Victor Mears, 68, of Selsfield Drive, Moulsecoomb.
Both men were jailed for 13 months in March although they have appealed against convictions because a juror exchanged text messages with her boyfriend who was in the public gallery.
The theme park, in the New Forest, was a shambles and left hundreds of disappointed families up to £1 million out of pocket.
Henry Mears will be tried for contempt at Bristol on Monday 11 July.
