Two men robbed a man in his home in Hove after headbutting him and threatening him with a broken bottle.
Detectives have now released e-fits of the two men suspected of carrying out the robbery in Poynings Drive, Hangleton.
The two suspects pushed past the 58-year-old victim as he opened the door and threatened him with the broken bottle at around 10.15pm on Monday 7 March.
Detective Constable Rowan Carter said: “This has been a very frightening experience for the victim.
“During his ordeal the victim was headbutted, causing a wound to the head.
“This is being treated as an isolated incident.
“If you think you recognise either of the men or have any information that could assist this investigation, contact police immediately or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously.”
Cash, a television and other electrical goods were stolen during the robbery.
The first suspect was described as white, aged 25 to 28 years old, 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, clean shaven and with short dark crewcut hair.
He spoke with a Liverpool accent and was wearing a black hoody, black shirt and black jeans.
The second suspect was described as white, age 30 to 35 years old, of stocky build, 6ft tall and with crewcut short blond hair.
He was wearing a brown suede jacket and possibly grey jogging bottoms.
