The Greens have taken all three seats in Goldsmid, taking a seat each from Labour and the Tories.
Sitting Labour councillor Melanie Davis lost her seat while the former Conservative councillor Ayas Fallon-Khan ran – and lost – in Moulsecoomb and Bevendean.
Green councillor Alex Phillips, the youngest member of the outgoing council at 25, had won the seat in a by-election and is now joined by Rob Jarrett and Ruth Buckley.
