Hundreds of Year 11 school pupils who hope to go to City College Brighton and Hove in September will be interviewed next week.
The further education (FE) college is holding an “interview day” on Tuesday (10 May).
Phil Frier, the principal, said: “Interview days are the first big step for Year 11 pupils who want to come to the college so it’s crucial that this date is firmly implanted in their minds now they’ve been invited to attend.
“In terms of our success rates, the college is now in the top 15 per cent of FE colleges in the country and we’re really looking forward to building on this success with the new generation of students.”
The interview day starts in the afternoon and involves computerised and written assessments, one-to-one interviews and course introductions.
