A 38-year-old Brighton woman has been released on bail after being arrested in relation to a bomb scare in Hove.
The woman was arrested yesterday (Wednesday, February 23) on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, and criminal damage, after a device was found at Breakfast at Tiffany’s diner at Kingsway, Hove, on Tuesday, February 22.
She was released on bail last night.
Forensic examination work is underway and police scenes of crime officers are working with explosives experts to examine material found at the scene.
