A pensioner suffered serious injuries after a hit and run accident in Brighton.
A 6ft tall white biker, with a black beard with grey flecks, stopped and went back to help the injured 70-year-old pedestrian.
But as officers from Sussex Police approached, the motorcyclist rode off eastbound along the A259 seafront road on his large black motorbike, which was damaged at the front.
The accident happened in Marine Drive, Brighton, at about 7pm on Saturday (15 January).
The elderly victim was treated at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Eastern Road, Brighton.
