A Brighton garage business has gone into administration but the move is not expected to lead to the loss of any jobs.
PDH Garages, of New Road, Brighton, went into administration just before Christmas, with a notice appearing in the London Gazette on New Year’s Eve.
The better known sister company, PDH Cars, with Fiat dealerships in Hassocks and Findon, is trading as normal.
PDH Cars is unaffected by what is believed to be a restructuring of the PDH group of companies.
PDH has been operating in the area for nearly 40 years and the PDH Garages subsidiary was set up more than 20 years ago.
The administration process is being handled by Jon Beard and Geoff Rhodes, of Begbies Traynor in Pavilion Buildings, Brighton.
