Burglers wearing balaclavas forced their way into a student house in Colbourne Avenue, Moulsecoomb and took a television and laptop.
The two students answered a knock at the door at about 11.30pm on Friday night. The two raiders then pushed inside, at which point the students ran through the house and fled out the back.
The burglars then stole electrical items including a television and laptop.
