Conservative Simon Kirby has won the Brighton Kemptown seat with 16,217 votes, ahead of Labour’s Simon Burgess on 14,889.
Lib Dem Juliet Williams was third with 7,691 and Green Ben Duncan was fourth on 2,330. UKIP candidate James Chamberlain-Webber received 1,384 votes, while Dave Hill of the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition had 194.
