Thousands of people ran the first Brighton Marathon under sunny skies and along roads packed with cheering supporters on Sunday.
The race was won by Mongolian Ser-od Ba-otochir in an inspiring 2:19:05 – and the last competitor to complete the course was paralysed and partially sighted Matthew Rhodes, who finished on Monday at 2.10pm.
