An armed robber threatened a woman with a gun at a Brighton bookmakers this morning.
He was wearing fake Elvis Presley-style sideburns.
Sussex Police said that he may be the same man who tried to hold up a bookies in Hove last week while wearing a false beard.
The force issued CCTV pictures from the robbery, pictured below.
It happened at about 10am today at Ladbrokes in Dyke Road, Brighton, close to the Seven Dials.
The gunman demanded cash and fled with between £400 and £500, Sussex Police said. The woman cashier was shaken but unhurt.
Detectives are linking the robbery this morning with the bungled raid at William Hill in George Street, Hove, at about 8.25am last Thursday (7 July).
Then, a man wearing a fake beard threatened staff with what looked like a black handgun but he made off with only a set of keys. No one was hurt.
The suspect today was described as about 6ft tall with dark hair. He was wearing false brown sideburns, dark sunglasses and dark clothing.
Witnesses or anyone who recognises the robber is urged to call Sussex Police on 0845 6070999.
